To send or facilitate unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam).
To knowingly transmit data or upload material containing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, or other malicious code.

INTERACTIVE SERVICES
At present, my site does not provide interactive services such as chat rooms, forums or live social media feeds. If such features are introduced in the future, I will provide clear information on whether moderation is used (and whether it is human or technical).
If interactive services are introduced, any use by a minor will require the consent of a parent or guardian. Parents should supervise their children’s online activity and be aware that moderation may not be foolproof.

I will determine, at my discretion, whether a breach of this policy has occurred. If it has, I may take any action I deem appropriate, including:

Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any content you uploaded.Issuing a formal warning.Legal proceedings to recover costs resulting from the breach.
Further legal action.
Disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.
I exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this policy. The responses described above are not exhaustive.
